BakerEze 3-Piece Pan Set

I very much enjoy the use of the cookie pan by BakerEze 3-piece pan set. These pans are very functional and work very well when you are attempting to bake such foods as cookies, biscuits, flat pan cakes and apple turnovers.

What I like about these pans is that they are very functional. What I enjoy most about these pans is that they are fail proof for the new baker and non stick. I have often forgotten to use butter when baking some of my famous butterscotch cookies and just when I thought about the butter they were already in the oven. Thankfully, the pan is non stick and I was able to easily peel off those wonderful cookies with a golden brown bottom.

To every wonderful product there is a flaw, you have to break them in and if you burn any oils or sauces on the pans it's hard to clean. Most pans with a non stick surface offer the ability to easily wipe away any burn remnants on the surface. This product does have a non stick surface but the surface has a discrete texture that is beneficial for cooking but a pain to clean.

The foods that are cooked best are cookies, biscuits, flat pan cakes, and cake layers, apple turnovers, baking salmon, pizzas and more. This product offers 3 sizes for the chef's discretion. With the variety of sizes, you will find that there limitless possibilities for the culinary creation. I have found that the most wonderful use of this product would be for baking of meats because the heat from the oven is evenly distributed. It creates a wonderful texture to any meats that are being cooked.

The BakerEze 3-piece pan set is such a wonderful product that if offered I would buy it again. I own two sets of this product and it's fantastic. This is the perfect gift for the new chef, beginner baker, or the experienced chef.
