Positive Features

Historically speaking the average frying pan is 8-12” in diameter. Most flare outward and have no lid. They’ve been made in everything from tin and copper to iron, being fashioned with a flat bottom for even cooking.

Based on the fundamentals, Circulon Frying Pans are a suitable size (8” and 10”) and are made out of heavy gauge hard-anodized aluminum, intended for durability and so the pan heats up quickly without “hot spots”.

Considerations

At $80 for two pans, the price seems ok. It’s even more appealing when on sale for about $40 for the pair.
