Cleaning the inside of copper bottom revereware

by Steve Piper
(Montana)

When you've used a copper bottomed/stainless revere-ware fry pan, should you scrub inside with Brillo every time. Or should you let a carbon 'seasoned' layer build up like you would on a cast iron pan???

Thanks!

Hi Steve

You will want to keep the inside clean. A build up would make it difficult to cook with.
