If you’re not a gourmet chef or a restaurant owner, shelling out $325 for a food processor may seem a bit over the top. If you happen to be a good shopper you can find this product on sale for around $160.00. That would put this food processor “in line” with other branded models price wise.

The Cuisinart name is certainly one that’s been trusted for its food processing line for over 25 years. That alone may give the Cusinart prep 11 plus a little more pull in your decision-making process.

People who purchased this food processor seem to fall in love with it. The machine seems to be a real work horse, delivering on its claims through solid performance. It’s a powerful machine that provides cooks with a lot of flexibility.

Unlike some food processors, Cuisinart prep 11 plus doesn’t seem to have any problem chewing up a whole potato, for example.

The only complaints listed seem to come from the professional sector. Over time the machine seems to fail a piece at a time.

Unfortunately the reviewers did not note how long this took to happen or how much use they were giving the machine. It may simply be that this food processor is better suited for home use vs. a professional setting.

Summary

I would recommend the Cuisinart prep 11 plus for a home that does a lot of cooking, and for larger families. People who cook less will probably find this is just too much machine to really utilize fully (especially for the price).
