Emerilware Smoker

Considerations

It can be a bit heavy and unwieldy if you don’t have the strength. Cast iron is heavy no matter how it is done. If you are trying to feed several people, it may not be large enough to hold enough food. It will hold a small chicken, but not a large one.

If you wish to use it on a glass-top stove, you must use caution not to pull it across the surface, as it may scratch the stovetop.

Also this smoker needs to be washed by hand.
