Farberware Cookware Review

I own a set of Farberware frying pans and am so happy with them that I went back to the store and purchased a second set as replacements when these pans eventually wear out as all cookware does.
As an avid home cook, I rely on my cookware as a crafts-person relies upon tools for a job. I love the way Farberware puts its cookware together. My frying pans are both lightweight and durable due to the combination of aluminum pans with bonded copper bottoms. The non-stick surface on my Farberware pans is some of the slickest and toughest I've used. I never have to worry about hot spots or scorching as the thick and flat heating surfaces keep the pans evenly heated and free of oil-pools.
The handles on my Farberware frying pans are a combination of riveted metal and ergonomic high-temp silicone. This makes the handles easy to grip, non-slip, lightweight, easy to clean, and oven safe.
The Farberware frying pans are rated for 400 degrees F and I have used them in the oven with great success. They are perfect for searing meat and finishing in the oven, just like restaurant professionals recommend.
When your food is ready to be served, the edges of Farberware's frying pans are gently curved, allowing you to slide your food without worries of breaking an omelet, pancake, or piece of delicate fish as it is transferred to your serving tray.
I have never had a problem cleaning my Farberware frying pans. The non-stick surface has held up to years of both hand and machine washing without so much as a scratch or flake falling off.
I highly recommend Farberware frying pans to the home cook as they are both useful, reliable, and relatively inexpensive to replace.
