Is Emerilware Oven Safe

Can a person use emeril's all-clad cookware in the oven?

Answer
Yes, if it is "emerilware". The text below is straight from the Emerilware website.

"# The stainless steel cooking vessels are oven-safe up to 550 degrees, and are broiler-safe. However, stainless steel cooking vessels with nonstick coating are oven-safe up to 450 degrees but should not be used under the broiler.
# The hard-anodized cooking vessels are oven-safe up to 450 degrees, but should not be used under the broiler.
# Glass lids are oven-safe up to 350 degrees but are not broiler-safe.
# The cast-iron collection is oven-safe up to 550-600 degrees as well as broiler-safe."

All Clad and Emeril teamed up to market this cookware. All-Clad bonded cookware is made in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. While Emerilware is made in China.
