For a while, eating out had become a routine. I hated the cookware cleanup as well as my children. I would struggle to make a dish, only to have it scorch, or burn from the cookware I was using. I have tried so many non-stick cookware sets it is unbelievable. It seems that even the high priced sets break down over a period of time, even when you are so careful with the surfaces.

I brought a T-Fal set to replace my old set and have been buying this brand ever since. I was amazed that even when one of my children uses a metal fork, the damage is minimal and the non stick surface stays in tact. It seems that they have added extra layer of the Teflon coating to each inner surface for protection. Even cheese just slides out of the pan, and cheese fries is a family favorite. Until T-FAL we only had it if it was take out.

The exterior of the cookware also holds up well. It took nearly a year for my outsides to look used. It seems that nothing sticks to the outside either. The sauce pans are my favorite, I love experimenting with foods that stick. Clean up is so simple, that I don't even get a whine from my children when I say, " Do the dishes, pots and pans too."

In all, I've added, not replaced, nearly a dozen T-FAL pieces to my collection I now have my eye on a few sauce pans too. I use to keep my cooking to just a pot and a sauce pan because of the clean up, now for the most part, I clean as I go, leaving very little for the after the meal dish crew.

I would whole heartily suggest that T-FAL become your cookware brand. It is inexpensive, looks great, and clean up will never get any easier.
