Wearever Pan Set

by Lisa
(Maine)

A couple years ago at Christmas time my husband bought me a Wearever pan set. I had no hope of it lasting more than a couple months since all pans before that wore out fast.

I love the frying pan, nothing sticks to it and the nonstick coating is still there. I couldn't believe how easy frying an egg could be.

The Wearever sets are extremely durable and have held up to everything I have cooked and put them through. They do well in the dishwasher and I have not had a problem with rust.

The only thing I really don't like is the size of the sauce pan, it is not big enough. It does well with everyday cooking but when I decide to make a spaghetti sauce or soup it tends to be on the small size.

I cook just about everything in my pans, I cook meat, vegetables, soups and they are super easy to clean. I really enjoy cooking stews, and breakfast dishes. These work so much better than my cookie sheets so I try to cook most items in my wearever pans.

I hope to buy more items to this set in the near future; the price is reasonable for this pans along with they actually hold up extremely well. I have bought so many different brands both cheap and semi expensive and none compare yet, the handles tend to break or lids break, non stick coating comes off; something always happens.

My pans over two years later still have the handles, lids, and coating. I couldn't ask for anything more, I have saved myself money by not having to buy pans every 6-12 months. Anyone looking for pans should really pick up a set of these, they will not disappoint. Cooking time has become so much easier and more peaceful; the clean up is a breeze now also.
